Webstore interfaces in Sage 100
Have you seen an increase in web orders due to COVID-19? Many Sage 100 customers have seen a need to import these orders into Sage 100, versus performing manual entry, due to the volume of new orders in the past year.
Chortek has completed interfaces with Big Commerce and Zoey in the last year, but many other interfaces exist that can import orders into Sage 100. These interfaces can help reduce the time it takes to get orders into the system (e.g. as soon as they are placed on the website). They can also increase the accuracy of the order, in terms of items and quantity ordered.
Contact your Chortek account manager with any questions on how to import orders from your website.
Customer Order Import
Because companies want to find new ways to sell products during COVID-19, we have also seen a significant increase in customers wanting to import orders from big box retailers versus using EDI or manual entry.
We have completed imports from the following retailers:
- Lowe's
- Home Depot
- Amazon
- Hayneedle
- Wayfair
- Dillards
- JCPenney
- Belk
- Nordstrom Rack
- Zola
- Overstock.com
- Walmart
If you would like to increase the efficiency and accuracy of orders from these retailers and eliminate potential errors and time spent doing manual entry, contact your account manager regarding the retailers you work with for options.
