Your health is our priority - here's how you can send files to us remotely
Did You Know You Can Send Files Remotely?
The health and safety of our clients and staff is our number one priority. Luckily, Chortek has an option for clients who want to send files remotely instead of visiting us in person. Instructions for doing so through our website are below.
At the very top of the navigation on every page of our website, you'll see a link in the upper right-hand corner that says "Client Access." Click on this link to access the form you'll use to send your files to us. Or, you can click on the orange button above to go to Client Access directly.
Then, scroll to "Sending Us Your Files"
The Sharefile form is on the right-hand side of the page. It may take a moment to load, but once it does, you'll see the fields below. Select the recipient from the drop-down list and fill out the rest of your information.
Add your files and click "Upload"
Drag your files over or click "Browse Files" to add your files for submission. When added, the "Upload" button will darken and you will be able to press it.
Look for the green "Uploaded" confirmation
When the file has been successfully uploaded, you'll see a green "Uploaded" confirmation. You will receive an email that you have uploaded the file, and your recipient will also get an email that there is a file or files waiting for them. You can repeat this process for as many files as you need to send us.
